Who we are

Healing is not just about the mind—it is about the body as well. That is why we are honored to bring you Clear Mind Empowerment. We are excited to bridge the principles of martial arts and mental health to offer you a unique program that centers on the mind-body connection. Our mantra at Clear Mind Empowerment is, “You can't do one without the other.”

By combining movement with guided group sessions, we help teens & Adults navigate anxiety and depression while equipping parents with tools to support them. Our program fosters resilience, confidence, and connection—bridging the gap between traditional therapy and embodied healing

We begin here. With breath. With purpose. With small, steady steps toward healing

I’m a licensed clinical social worker with over a decade of experience in mental health. Most of my journey has been dedicated to working with teens and their parents, guiding them through the complexities of connection, growth, and healing. My therapeutic approach is deeply relational, rooted in attachment, and anchored in the mind-body connection. Beyond my professional role, I am also a mother to a teenager who has faced mental health challenges. This lived experience allows me to walk beside you not just as a clinician, but as someone who truly understands the weight of love, worry, and hope.

Your path to wellbeing starts here!

    COO

As a first-generation Latina college graduate, my path has been shaped by a deep commitment to service and healing. I began my social work career working with children, adolescents, and families, guiding parents through the labyrinth of grief, uncertainty, and pain that so often accompanies a medical or mental health diagnosis. In spaces where traditional systems fail to inspire hope, I sought to offer light—to remind each person of their inherent strength, their capacity to heal, and their ability to create a meaningful future. I provide trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and client-centered therapy that honors the many intersections of my client’s identity. My approach is rooted in mindfulness, empowerment, and healing—helping you navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, resilience, and self-compassion.
