Eder Caceres
For over 30 years, martial arts has been the one constant in my life — guiding me through every path and giving me tools I still use every day. It's been a source of clarity, strength, and success, on and off the mat.
As an instructor, I've watched that same transformation happen in my students. Martial arts builds self-confidence and resilience — it teaches you to keep going even when things get hard. Pair that with real mental wellness, and you get something that changes how people show up in their whole life.
That's why I built Clear Mind Empowerment: mental health and martial arts, for all. Come as you are — I work personally with every student, and I'd be honored to walk alongside you.
